Neoflux is the strongest available

Since 1986, NdFeB (Neodymium, Iron, Boron) magnets have been sold under the Neoflux brand.

Neoflux is the strongest permanent magnet available with a maximum energy product of more than 50 MGOe with excellent coercivity.

A favorable price-quality ratio combined with the best possible magnetic properties.

Standard tolerances are +-0.1 mm. If sanded +-0.05 mm. Higher tolerances are available if desired.

Machining is possible with diamond tools if they are well cooled, because machining residues can spontaneously combust when exposed to oxygen.

For protection against corrosion

For protection against corrosion, Neoflux magnets are surface treated with a coating that can consist of double Nickel, Nickel-Copper-Nickel, Zinc, Tin, Aluminum, Teflon or Epoxy, depending on the application.

Neoflux magnets are always anisotropic, which means they can only be magnetized in a special direction, axially and diametrically.

By using coils, Neoflux can be magnetized with many poles.

Neoflux can be manufactured in any shape at no extra cost; a clear drawing can avoid possible misunderstandings.

These magnets are not only used in motors, speakers, separators, MRI scanners, wind turbines, electronics, but also in cars, often in combination with sensors.

Because Neoflux magnets are not mechanically strong, although they are very strong magnetically, it is important to handle them very carefully.

Maximum usable temperature is 80ºC to 200ºC, depending on the specification, dimensions and system design.

The minimum dimension for a block magnet is 1 x 1 x 1 mm, while
the maximum dimension for this type is 160 x 150 x 50 mm.

The minimum dimension for a round magnet is Ø 1.5 x 0.5 mm, while
the maximum dimension for this type is Ø 150 x 50 mm.

The minimum dimension for a ring magnet is Ø 3 x Ø 1 x 1 mm, while
the maximum dimension for this type is Ø 150 x Ø * x 50 mm (inside diameter in consultation).

At maximum usable temperature, a magnet with free poles is considered to be without an external magnetic field. If the L/D ratio > is 0.7, then the unrecoverable loss < is 5%. We are always ready to advise you!
